NUTCRACKER TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Game Scheduling
We will host 12 teams over 3 days. Each game is scheduled for 90 minutes including a pre-game resurfacing. Please have your team ready 20 minutes early. Runtime games may result in earlier start times.
Scoring System
Pool Play points are awarded for period wins/ties and game wins/ties.
Live Updates
Please share the Merrill Youth Hockey Association Facebook page. Brackets and scores will be updated there after each game. The tournament board in the commons will also be updated.
Locker Rooms
Assignments will be posted on the entry whiteboard. A girls-only locker room (Locker Room 1) will be available.
Concessions
Open all weekend with food, snacks, and drinks (no breakfast items). No carry-ins allowed.
Equipment Needs
Limited hockey items are available at concessions. Goal Line (25 minutes away) is the nearest full retailer.
Skate Sharpening
Sparx sharpening available on site for $7 per pair.
Raffles
Basket raffles, 50/50, and two large-item raffles will run throughout the weekend. Tickets available at concessions.
